The company sold me a defective jacket where the zipper is very hard to zip and doesn't remain closed and now are threatening to use my payment method to charge me more in unauthorized transactions to send it back to me if I send back the defective model to them. Avoid buying from these scammers standing behind shoddy customer service and a "small employee base" to buy anything from them no matter the price.    -
