This is a staple for the Ketogenic diet. Anyone on this diet understands the importance of keeping your carb limit low, while enjoying the healthy benefits from fat. This is a perfect way to kick the chips out and enjoy a crunchy snack. It’s very filling, although I’d recommend having a drink on hand because it can get dry and flaky, getting some stuck to your tonsils/throat. -

This hand sanitizer is a staple for me. I’ve tried many others in the past and sure they come with some amazing scents, but that’s their only winning point. This one dries really fast and doesn’t leave my hands dry or feeling like there’s this layer of sticky gunk. Plus the scent is minimal and pleasant and doesn’t linger for long. -

I received this product to test and had my hopes up because I’ve tried way too many anti dandruff products throughout my life.
First of all, tone down the fragrance please! It’s way too strong! It’s like hugging that aunt from out of town who likes to pour an entire perfume bottle on her. Yikes!
How’s my dandruff after using this? Still there, hasn’t improved whatsoever. It actually dried out my scalp, leaving it itchy and irritable. Also, my hair doesn’t feel as soft as it would using another cheaper product I normally use. Dryness with dandruff is not something I want!

I received this product to test, and as someone who has had dandruff for way too many years, one could imagine the frustration. So naturally I was excited to try this. When I first tried it, I looked at my scalp as soon as I left the shower and had my hopes up because, where I would normally see a flake or two, there were none. Nice! However a couple hours later and my scalp felt really dry and super flaky. I shrugged it off thinking it’s just to first time, it’ll get better.
It never got better. The dandruff never went away, but I swear, whatever is in it seemed to make my scalp feel worse. I’ve tried other dandruff shampoos that at least minimize it, but I don’t know what this one was trying to achieve.
Also, my hair never fully felt clean. It was like something, I don’t know what, was left behind. I can’t quite explain in, but I didn’t enjoy it.

I'm not the hugest fan when it comes to orange flavoured foods, but I was intrigued none-the-less when I received this for free to test, to see how green tea would taste paired up with orange.
I tested them both hot and cold. Brewed hot, there was very little orange flavour, which was a major let down. If you claim orange bright and bold on the packaging, I'd expect to taste that. It was rather bland and oddly tasted like a basic black tea you can get anywhere that isn't anything special.
Brewed cold, however, is a different ball game. I added some stevia sweetener and it tasted like a pleasant summer drink. Still, the orange flavour was very lacking, but it wasn't bad. I'd assume paired with a real orange slice on the side to squeeze in, this would taste really good and summer-like.
In the end, I didn't think this pairing of orange and green tea was necessary. Pairing a sweet citrus fruit with a bitter plant created a bland concoction.

Mint tea and green tea are my staples at home and out and about. You could imagine how excited I was when I was given the chance to try this product for free.
I tested both hot and cold, and have to say I prefer the hot version better. Even before pulling out the satchet, there is such a strong mint aroma that made me happy. The mint flavour is not overpowering, but it is strong, which I love. The only time I really tasted the green tea, was at the end of a sip, like an aftertaste. To be honest, I didn't care much for it. To me it ruined that cooling, calming sensation of the mint, nullifying it with the bitterness of the green tea.
I also tried with some stevia sweetener and didn't care much for it. This tea is best consumed hot and without any additives.

Oh boy, okay. I received this product free to test and it came with the recommended lightening product. The problem is, the quantity doesn’t match. I lightened my lower layers because I wanted a two-toned black and blue look. Yeah, I would need two or three boxes of this to cover even that amount of hair. This product doesn’t spread well throughout my hair. It just kind of clings and that’s it. Even the smaller amount of conditioner that comes with this saturates my hair better.
By the way, the conditioner smells so strong it’s like someone dropped a perfume bottle in there. It’s just way too strong.
The instruction insert isn’t designed well at all compared to other hair colour brands/products, and the gloves pictured in the insert aren’t what you get. Instead you get these awkwardly shaped and large plastic bags shaped like hands. I had to toss them and use ones I had at home.
So other than still having so much highlighted spots that didn’t get covered, this turned my hair green. Not like a cool, trendy green, but like a too much chlorine in the pool kinda of green. I had to go out to the store to buy a more reliable colouring product to cover this mess up.

Hair lighteners fall into two categories: works on pre-coloured hair, or doesn’t.
This product falls into the doesn’t category.
I haven’t coloured my hair, dark brown, in about 6 months, so it’s been pretty faded out. Other hair lighteners I’ve used in the past would have no problem getting it to that really ugly bright orange colour, but this product barely lifted anything.
This product was also more grittier and dustier than others I’m used to, so I didn’t really enjoy that.
Application was easy enough, however the gloves that are provided are NOT what is shown on the instruction insert. You get these massive, awkward gloves that fold and trap product in itself, so I had to toss them and use gloves I had at home.
The instruction insert is just a mess. You can’t just quickly glance at it and know what to do. I’ve used many brands of hair dye in my life and they are usually clear, concise, and well organized. This one, I don’t really know what happened.
Overall, I’m glad I received this product for free for review purposes, because I would be so disappointed if I had spent money on it.

Compared to the chocolate, this one didn't have a gross smell when first opened. The taste though, YUM! It's sweet and resembles something similar to vanilla ice cream. It wasn't bland like other shakes on the shelf are, so it was surprising to see the small amount of sugar used. For someone like me on a ketogenic diet, this is a huge must.
Keeping in mind that I am on a keto diet, consuming protein isn't a problem for me, so I didn't experience much in the ways of effectiveness as say someone who normally doesn't consume a lot of protein. If it was fat instead of protein, then that would be a whole other magical story of goodness.
Out of the two flavors, chocolate and vanilla, this one is definitely my favorite.

When I first opened it, admittedly it didn't smell too cute, almost like something had gone bad in there. It made me recoil a bit and wondered if I should really drink this. I took the plunge though and went for it and luckily, the smell doesn't reflect the taste at all.
There is low sugar in these, which is amazing for someone such as myself who is following a Ketogenic diet, and you can really taste the lack of sugar. It's far from sweet, so there isn't that slight addicting taste that may make you want to grab another and you went from having a snack to have a full course meal of shakes. And unlike other shakes on the market, this one doesn't come with a horrible iron taste. The texture is also smooth and there isn't any graininess.
I didn't notice much change in me after consuming these, but that's most likely due to that I already consume a lot of protein through my diet and this was like that healthy cupcake afterwards: a little happy jolt but not much. Now if they converted the protein amount to fat, then that would be an amazing energy booster.
Out of the two flavors, Chocolate and Vanilla, I'd have to say Vanilla wins my choice as it tastes just a bit better.
