I’ve been using this cuticle oil during the winter when my nails and cuticles get extra dry, and it’s been such a nice addition to my routine. The texture feels lightweight, it absorbs quickly, and it leaves my cuticles feeling soft and nourished without feeling greasy. I love how easy it is to apply and how it fits into small self care moments, whether it’s in the morning or in between tasks. My nails look healthier and more hydrated since I started using it.

My first impression was honestly how pleasant these are to take. The taste is good without being overly sweet, and the texture is soft and easy, not artificial feeling. That alone made it much easier to stay consistent, which is always the hardest part for me with supplements.
What I really appreciate is how seamlessly they fit into my daily routine. I don’t feel any heaviness or discomfort after taking them, which is something I’m mindful of. Over time, I noticed subtle improvements in how supported I feel day to day, especially in terms of overall energy and consistency.

I also really appreciate the sturdy handle and how well it fits into different cup holders. It’s a simple detail, but it makes a big difference for everyday use. The Bluefin colour is beautiful and feels neutral enough to use year round.

The formula is incredibly gentle, hydrating, and calming, no burning, no scent, no heaviness. I also love that it uses non-nano zinc oxide with hydroxyapatite for broad-spectrum protection, and that the tube is biodegradable. It feels good on my skin and good for the planet.
Even in the winter I’m outside a lot with my dogs, and this SPF has become my daily go-to. It sits beautifully under makeup, doesn’t leave a residue on clothing, and keeps my skin feeling protected and nourished. I’ll absolutely keep using this.
