Veet Ready to Use Wax Strips

I found them easy enough to use the problem was that they didnt really work all that well and I tend to have pretty sensitive skin... so I only got through a small patch of my leg before I got something that was very close to hives. Even after though, I noticed there was a lot of hair left in the patch that I tried. I think I would recommend just going to get this done at an esthetics place or finding a better product, especially if you have sensitive skin. -

A lot of the clohtes that it carries you would find in other stores (e.g. Buffalo, JLo, Guess, Dex, etc.) the cool thing is that the lady that owns the boutique seems to pick the best of all of these lines so they are all in one store. If you hit a sale here you really get a good bargain (i have bought tons of cute Buffalo/Guess tops for 20 bucks or less) and even if things arent on sale I would always rather shop here because of the helpful staff. Give them the occassion or look you are going for and they know everything in the store and are sure to find you something cute. I would recommend this to any of my friends hands down. A wide mix of everything from shoes, bags, jeans dresses and other things, I almost always find the look I want in this store. -

I actually got the chance to visit the ACTUAL TNA store in Vancouver (not just aritzia) and if you get the chance you should go there for sure. Prices are pretty equal except they have a lot of sale merchandise and you see a lot of stuff that you wouldnt see here in Ontario. There are two locations (i visited the one on Granville) and I would definitely return if I was in vancouver again!!! -

I just bought my macbook (about a week ago) and so far I really love it. I have been a PC user for pretty much my whole computer life but I find it really easy to use and a lot more fun and user friendly than the PC. The screen is fantastic and the remote that comes with it is priceless for media because you can switch songs, volume control, control DVDs etc when you arent at your computer. There are tons of applications that you should try out if you are a mac user. I found an awesome blog here (http://web.mac.com/willie.morris/iWeb/Willie./Blog/CEAA00CB-F8EC-45F8-8733-168A736FBFC5.html) which is mostly geared towards college/university students but I really like the apps i have tried so far. TVShows is awesome (lets you subscirbe to your favorite tv show and download it weekly for free, iAlertU, more of a novelty but it is pretty funny. Senuti is awesome (reverse download songs from your iPOD to your computer (if for example you have taken songs off of a friends computer).
I would recommed the macbook to anyone that is a casual computer user or someone who wants a computer that is very media based. The only thing I have been even remotely disappointed with is the lack of a proper "command prompt" kind of application where i can quickly look up/launch things from, but its not a big loss unless you are a computer nerd :)

I have been going here for years and years, but I found that it was getting increasingly more expensive (if you are a student, you get a discount- at least i did last time, so ask). I generally went to Sam to get my haircut, but to Sophia if I wanted something short or an updo. It was always really nice, good results usually but I stopped going here cause it was impossible to get an appointment and it was getting a tad on the expensive side -

i got this mascara in an online give away. The name describes it really well- high definition lashes for sure. I have fairly long lashes and this made them really really long and plump. The only problem is they were a little two "high definition" for every day. I put this on every time i go out and have a lot of eye makeup on, but i would rather wear plain old maybelline for everyday. On the bright side, it is actually easy to use, even though there is a comb and brush side. The comb works better than something you would have in your brush kit for separating lashes (at least i find). Is also not super clumpy, although you have to take the odd one off every once in a while. -

Feather toppers on beds and the rooms have very country inn feel but still have modern ammenities (we had a flat screen in our room). Fireplace and separate granite bathroom were just what you need for a relaxing weekend. The restaurant is amazing, probably the best meal i have EVER eaten (it is a five diamond i believe) but you definitely pay for it (i think a bill for two was at least 200 dollars). The spa services were really nice, and prices were pretty average. If you want to splurge and want a perfect getaway you will definitely have it here. I would highly recommend this to anyone. -

This is a review for the Albert St. location. Really nice place (right at albert and philip) so really close to both universities. Its really clean and has a wide range of beds from your basic bed to a sunboard (looks a little like the lawn chair equivalent of a space ship). The staff are super friendly, and if you go online before, you can print off a coupon for a free tan on the sunboard. Membership is pretty reasonable and goes either by month or you can buy credits (which i did cause i really dont go enough to make a month membership worth it). I would definitely recommend it, but it is a LITTLE on the pricey side, I think its worth it though. -
