I bought Function of Beauty customized shampoo and conditioner. When used regularly it made my scalp very itchy even though I ordered it for dry scalp and my hair goals were all based on hydration and repairing my hair. I tried using it fewer times...   +

I bought Function of Beauty customized shampoo and conditioner. When used regularly it made my scalp very itchy even though I ordered it for dry scalp and my hair goals were all based on hydration and repairing my hair. I tried using it fewer times a week and skipping days in between but still nothing changed. The company was very helpful when I emailed and complained and they gave me a refund after asking if I wanted to change the shampoo and conditioner they sent me.    -
