I was gifted this product in exchange for a review. I have been experiencing hot flashes and night sweats thank s to Menopause or let's just say Peri-Menopause. I so embarrassed and uncomfortable that I'd don't want to go out or socialize with anyone. After trying Promensil Menopause Double Strength tablets for 30 days I am getting back to my old self again. I have noticed a decrease in my night sweats and my hot flashes. I am feeling like me again and comfortable in own skin. Thanks to Promensil I'm not hiding anymore and not embarrassed to be getting older.
