After eating one, i was satisfied and didn’t feel hungry til 2 hours later!! It’s healthy too! Those who are allergic to nuts, you don’t know what u are missing! I eat one before my workout and I’m good to go!! When i buy a pack, it never lasts, everyone loves it! Try it for yourself -
