I’ve had cheap branded so called lip plumper a better than this! I have quite full lips naturally so wasn’t expecting anything outrageous but literally no difference at all. Would be better off buying a cheap lip liner and lip gloss! Total waste... +

This is all I use now! After years of trying to grow my hair without it breaking and looking ratty I finally have lush long hair with nice ends! I find this works better on dry hair than wet but either is fine
