I’ve noticed my breath stays fresher longer and I like knowing it’s doing more than just masking smells. It feels like it’s helping with whitening too, which is a bonus.

I have a heavy flow and experience heavier discharge leading up to my cycle, so feeling secure, staying comfortable, and knowing I won’t end up with a rash is non-negotiable.
The texture of these liners is soft — not flimsy — and I didn’t experience any chafing, bunching, or rolling. And knowing it’s plant-based? That’s a win in my book. I’ve been trying to be more intentional with what I put in and on my body, and self-care absolutely includes choosing the right feminine hygiene products. This checked all my boxes. 10/10

Between the bright colour, durable design, and how easy it is for kids to use on the go, it’s been a great addition to our routine. Definitely recommend for school, park days, or just keeping them hydrated without the spills.

I love candles. Like, really love them. I’ve been into aromatherapy for years, and Balsam & Cedar instantly made its way to the top of my fave scents list.
There’s something about the mix of pine, cedarwood, and that hint of warm amber that just slows everything down. It’s calm without being sleepy, strong without being overwhelming.
You can actually smell it even when it’s not lit (a major bonus), and when it is burning, it fills the room evenly without that fake “sprayed-a-room-freshener” vibe. The wax burns smooth and clean, and I didn’t get any of that sooty black smoke when blowing it out.
This was my first time trying this scent and it did not disappoint.

The Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen Stick is definitely convenient. I love how compact and travel-friendly it is — perfect for tossing in my bag, car, or even a pocket for quick reapplication on the go. The stick glides on easily and feels smooth at first swipe.
It goes on white but rubs in fairly well, although I did notice it left a slight blueish cast on deeper skin tones, and the finish felt a bit chalky compared to other mineral sunscreens I’ve used. That said, it didn’t irritate my skin at all, which is a huge win — especially since it’s fragrance-free, paraben-free, and 100% vegan.
I appreciate the water resistance and the added skin-loving ingredients like aloe, shea butter, and sunflower seed oil. It’s clearly designed with sensitive skin in mind, and the high SPF 50+ is a major bonus for sun protection.
Overall, it’s a great option if you prioritize clean ingredients and portability — just be aware of the potential cast if you have melanin-rich skin.
