As someone going through perimenopause, I’ve been able to tell the difference in my skin, hot flashes, mood swings, and irritability. I haven’t wanted to be put on hormones, but (at least for the time being) while on this I don’t think it’ll be necessary. I received this as a sample, but I don’t think I would’ve known about it or tried it if I hadn’t. Definitely worth it to check it out!
