I used to drink energy drinks like they were going out of style until my sister in law turned me onto these. At first I was reluctant but gave it a shot. My energy increased and I didn't get the crash afterwards like with energy drinks. I felt so much better and it's a healthier alternative. A box seems a bit expensive but when you think about how much one energy costs it's worth it in the long run. I've tried a few different flavors but this one was the best tasting. -

Dove White Beauty Bar
