I tried Promensil Perimenopause for 30 days, and overall I’m happy with the results. I noticed my hot flashes felt less intense and my mood felt more balanced throughout the month. I also felt more like myself energy-wise, especially toward the end of the 30 days. I liked that it was easy to take daily and didn’t cause any stomach issues for me. While everyone’s experience can be different, Promensil felt like a helpful, gentle support during perimenopause.
