I love how versatile this fibre is! You can literally put it into almost anything to help increase your daily fibre. This is great in smoothies, cereal, yogurt, salads, baking or using as a binder for meatballs or as crusts with some fresh herbs. I love that the 5 ingredients; flaxseed, psyllium husk, dandelion root, burdock root, and fenugreek seed are organic clean whole food. Great for supporting heart health, the gut and digestion and keeps you feeling fuller longer.
I love this blend! This is a high quality organic plant based fibre blend. It’s been gentle and smooth on my gut and helps me reach my daily fibre goals! This blend keeps me fuller longer and keeps me regular. I use a scoop every morning in my shakes and as well add it to all my fresh baked goods! This has been so helpful for my gut health!

Second, The scent couldn’t be any more perfect. Light, airy, nutty and warm. Third, a little oil does go a long way. It’s absorbs rather quickly into the skin leaving the skin feeling luxuriously smooth, nourished and glowing! The Almond Subtle Skin oil enhances smooths and enhances skin electricity
It truly can’t get any better for me than this. I recommend everyone give tho a try!

I got a change to test out the Motormaster Eliminator Jump Starter! It has everything you need in a portable travel kit. It’s has an asy to follow LED display and comes with heavy duty clamps. Features 3 buttons: Power, Manual- to override & boost batteries and a 3-mode flashlight.
I used this jump started to help boost a friend’s vehicle. It was super quick and easy! It used very little of the battery. I was impressed as it hold a battery change well.
