I received Garnier SkinActive Miracle Anti-Fatigue Hydra-gel Moisturizer as apart of the product review club. This product is awesome! I loved the light and fresh feeling it left on my skin. My skin looked and felt rejuvenated and energized after using this product. I would definitely encourage you to try it as this is definitely something I would use again in the future. -

The Tart Cherry Crisp with Pomegranate Flavour was AMAZING! I absolutely loved how the tart cherry flavour mixed with chocolate. It is heaven! You must try it! So delicious!

The Mango Coconut Crunch was the bar that I was most skeptical of from the three but I was pleasantly surprised. The mango coconut flavours pair really well with the chocolate and provided a deliciously tropical chocolate treat. I would definitely try this again

The Blueberry Almond with Acai Flavour was my absolute favourite of the three and I highly recommend it. These bars are so yummy and the almond adds a wonderful crunch. The worst part of these bars is trying to not eat the entire thing in one sitting.... they are too good!

I went to lux spa as part of the chick advisor product review club. I was attending to try out a new CND shellac manicure product (which I loved and have reviewed on here).
Lux Spa is located in trendy yorkville and it is very modern and clean. As with everything in yorkville prices were definitely on the high end for a shellac manicure. The manicure was well done and the staff were friendly. It was clear they were trying hard to make a good impression as they knew we were part of the review club and they would be reviewed on the service. I would love to know more about what their service is like on an average day.
The manicure was good but I really don't have anything special to say about the salon/treatment. It was clean and decently done but I just don't know that I could get over the price factor. I don't mind paying top dollar for great experiences but I do have to say that for the listed price for the service they come up average in terms of what they deliver. I definitely think there are other nail salons that offer better value for your money.

I was able to try this product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. As a mom to a three year old, a student and an entrepreneur manicures are a pleasure but they never seem to last long with everything I have going on in my world. I have had a few shellac manicures in the past but my biggest issues with shellac manicures was that upon removal they did a ton of damage to my nails. The damage done never seemed worth the long lasting Shellac Manicure.
I got my nails done with a CND Shellac Manicure at a yorkville salon (it was heaven) but I was absolutely dreading having to remove the product to see what damage had been done to my nails. I removed my manicure using the CND at home Shellac Removal Kit. I cannot begin to tell you how nervous and truly worried I was. It was all for nothing though. The CND kit is fast and so easy to use. Best of all is that my nails looked healthier than they did prior to my manicure. NO damage at all. It was an incredibly fast and easy process that left me and my nails happy and healthy. I would absolutely use this product in the future.
Ladies, please try this!

I was able to try this product as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. As a mom to a three year old, a student and an entrepreneur manicures are a pleasure but they never seem to last long with everything I have going on in my world. I have had a few shellac manicures in the past but I always felt like they either weren't worth the extra effort/cost vs. a traditional manicure or that upon removal they did a ton of damage to my nails.
I got my nails done at a yorkville salon and it was a wonderful few moments of bliss from my hectic life. The CND colours are wonderful and bright with so many to choose from it was a tough choice. I opted for a lovely dark red to fit my fall mood. I have spent the past almost two weeks putting these nails to the test. A typical manicure might last me two days before chipping. This manicure showed no signs of failing me AT ALL until I decided to remove it using CND at home Shellac Removal Kit (which is also awesome).
I definitely put my nails to the test and didnt hold back. I did multiple loads of dishes. I went apple and pumpkin picking. I finished getting my garden prepped for fall. I decorated my house completely for halloween. I even cleaned my oven and my nails still looked like I had just left the salon. I cannot say enough about the CND Shellac Manicures!!!!!

I got the Mabel's Labels Ultimate Back to school Pack as part of the product review club. I had been lusting after these labels for a while and they review club couldn't have come at a better time as my son is starting Junior Kindergarten on Monday.
The pack came with:
- 2 Metal Dog Tags
- 16 Shoe Stickers
- 40 Custom Name Labels
-50 Tag mates (for clothing)
I have been nothing but utterly impressed with my entire Mabel's Labels experience. From when I went on the site to when I completed my purchase was less then 15 minutes which is amazing when you consider that includes customization and letting a three year old pick an icon.
They shipped incredibly fast and were at my door two days after I ordered them. Awesome for a customized product. As soon as I got them I started labelling all of my sons things. I then tested out their claims of being laundry and dish washer safe. Again, I was amazingly impressed with their staying power and they didnt fade, smudge or move one bit.
I will absolutely buy Mabel's Labels again.

It is wonderfully refreshing and awesome to drink on a hot summer afternoon. My SO normally hates anything club soda related at all (unless it's a mojito.... Which is part of my next comment) but he absolutely loved this stuff which is really saying something. He may have had more then I did. For those of you who use club soda in mojitos... This stuff makes an AWESOME mojito. We have already used all of our free sample and have purchased more. Enjoy! -

My son and I both absolutely loved this product! He can sometimes be a picky eater but he wolfed this down no problem and always ate everything I gave him. He didn't have any upset stomachs or any strange reactions to it which is always an added bonus. You never know when introducing new foods how they will react. The container is so handy and I love that is so easily resealable vs. the traditional box style to keep everything fresh. It's easy to open (even one handed) and the wide mouth made it very easy to pour/or scoop out of the box. Organic is very important to me especially when it comes to my son and this product makes it easy (and affordable) to ensure that I am giving him the best quality and taste from a brand I trust. -
