I’ll be honest, the first few days my stomach felt a little funny after taking it. Now I still notice a slight feeling for a few minutes after using it but it passes quickly and the difference it has made to my digestion is very noticeable.
I am significantly less bloated and everything just moves better. For a small sachet that takes seconds to prepare in the morning, the impact on how I feel day to day has been really impressive.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to support your gut health.

I really like this bottle overall. It’s well insulated and keeps my water cold for a long time, which is perfect for workouts and busy days. I also love the size, it holds a lot of water, so I don’t have to keep refilling it, especially at the gym.
My only personal preference is that I wish the top didn’t have to be fully unscrewed to drink from it, as that can be a bit inconvenient during workouts. That said, it’s still a great, durable bottle and I’ve been enjoying using it regularly.
