I really like the flavour of Bioteena 40+ Probiotic Powder.
It’s very subtle and easy to drink. I can have it on its own with water, or mix it into my smoothies without it overpowering the taste.
After trying it for a bit, I’ve noticed a little less bloating, which is a great sign for me. I’m feeling positive about continuing to use it and seeing the benefits over time!!
Also.. It’s packed with probiotics, vitamins, collagen, and other nutrients that support skin health and immune support, which I love. Plus, it’s made in Canada, which is always a nice bonus!!

These have such a nice toasty flavor and definitely lean a bit more on the salty side, which my husband loves. If you’re someone who usually reaches for chips, this is such a better alternative. You still get that satisfying crunch without the heaviness after.
That said, Zoe and I personally prefer the Original for everyday snacking, but these are a big hit in our house when we’re craving something a little saltier and extra crunchy.

I love that they’re made with seed-only ingredients and naturally sugar free. As someone who’s always on the go, I appreciate snacks that are high in fiber and protein and don’t spike my blood sugar. These actually keep me full and satisfied.

Got you — I’ll keep your voice, just cleaner, still casual Macy energy, compliant, and natural:
I have to admit… I was a little skeptical at first.
But when I found out it’s proudly Canadian and saw so many positive reviews, I thought okay… let’s try it.
It’s only been a little over 7 days, but I’ve noticed I still have energy in the evenings, which honestly helps a lot when I’m racing deadlines hehe.
What I appreciate most is that I haven’t experienced any negative side effects so far. That part is really important to me whenever I try anything new.
So far I’ve had a good experience with AOR NMN-250, and I’m curious to explore their other supplements too.
