I have been taking them for a few days and I do feel fuller after eating and don’t find myself craving as much. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

L'application se fait comme avec du mascara il faut quand même avoir la main légère afin d'éviter de faire des paquets et donc des tâches sur la peau ..pour ma part jestompe avec un peigne fin ce qui reparti bien le produit. Donc, cela ne remplace pas une teinture permanente, s'enlève au lavage des cheveux, cela reste une solution de dépannage pour des cheveux qui commencent à grisonner. -
