I’ve been using the NEOSTRATA® 15% Vitamin C + PHA Serum for a short while now, and I can already see a difference in how my skin looks and feels. I struggle with texture and hyperpigmentation, and this serum makes my skin feel smoother and gives it a healthy glow right after applying. The formula is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and layers well under moisturizer/SPF without feeling sticky. I’m especially excited to keep using it to see how it helps fade my dark spots over time. A great option if you’re looking for a powerful but still gentle Vitamin C. -
