This all vegan burger 🍔 joint just opened in my neighborhood and I am in heaven. I had the regular boon Burger made from a mix of black beans, oats and other veggies and it is incredibly moist. Some vegan burgers can be off putting or dry, but Boon has certainly perfected the vegan burger. The fries are oven baked and so amazing! They also have vegan pizza on the menu and i intend to try that next! -

I tried SPOKES air puffed potato because they are gluten-free and I wasn’t expecting much, BUT can I just say OMG, these are sooooooooooooo delish!!! I love a good chip but can get a little carried away, if you know what I mean. These potato puffs have only 40 calories per cup...that’s like 320 calories per bag (or something like that). PER FULL SIZE BAG! These were so delish and are now my go to when I crave “chips”.
Other flavours I tried that I love and buy on a regular basis are Mango Habanero, Barbecue, Dill Pickle and Sea Salt & Vinegar.

The new sous vide egg bites at Starbucks are a great high protein meal option on the go! They’re so fluffy and delicious and perfect for Keto diets in particular. I tried both the lower calorie egg-white version and the bacon and cheese version. Very tender and light. Sous vide is not new. It’s a time honoured French cooking method where food is sealed in air tight packs and poached, traditionally for hours to create a light and tender result. It’s very interesting Starbucks chose this method to cook its eggs. The result is tasty clouds of eggs perfect for a snack or a light meal. -
