I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I have to be honest and say that I am not a fan of dry shampoos because I have curly frizzy hair that tends to get very dry if not properly maintained. I have tried a few in the past; so I was excited to test this one out. This definitely provided some volume to my hair. It's a fresh, clean scent that I think would appeal to many people. This would be a great choice if you're looking for a product that can quickly add some nice volume to your hair and also absorb unwanted oil. If your hair is looking flat and lifeless, a few sprays from root to tip should bring some life back to your hair in no time. -

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I’m not the biggest fan of oils in my hair but I have been incorporating them more and more. This lightly scented hair oil is lightweight and non-greasy. My hair is curly and frizzy and gets easily weighed down so I cannot add to much oils in my hair. This oil absorbs quickly in the hair making it shiny, silky and smooth. It also calms my frizzy hair. -

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. This conditioner was not bad at all. It left my hair feeling silky smooth and soft. The texture was creamy but not super heavy but be careful not to use too much as I think it has the possibility to weigh down your hair. I haven’t noticed any residue or heaviness left in my hair; it does feel quite clean. It also did not make my hair oily. I quite like it for my curly hair. I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. Dove has always been a reliable brand, and their products are fantastic quality. The creamy shampoo provides a generous lather and washes out clean. I have curly hair and I haven’t noticed any residue or heaviness left in my hair; it does feel quite clean. This shampoo left my hair extremely soft and not weighted down at all. It has a nice light scent and nothing that would be over powering at all. This product was received for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. The Maybelline Dream Velvet Blender is dense and firm and doesn’t have a lot of bounce to it so it doesn’t soak up all your foundation. However, it is way too dense and doesn’t have the nice bouncy feeling like the beauty blender. The handle for the Dream Blender was nice to have to avoid putting your fingers all over the sponge applicator and it was very easy to use; however, the sponge itself did not allow blending of the foundation easy, too time consuming and I found that it took a lot of swipes and circular motions to get the foundation to spread evenly. I prefer my brush and beautyblender as my method of foundation application.
I do enjoy using the Maybelline Dream Velvet Blender damp for under-the-eye concealer for an airbrushed finish because it really gets in there and it’s pointy enough to go on the inner corner that other tools can’t reach. I found press and rolling the blender gave me the best results. It retails for CAD $7.99.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealers are very pigmented and creamy. It’s a thin, liquid formula that covers and hides imperfections incredibly well. It also hides dark under eye circles and highlights my under eye nicely. It applies and sets not too quickly but also doesn’t take forever. It gives you just enough time to blend to perfection and not worry about lines, fading or caking. Really love this stuff! -
Hard Candy Glamoflauge Heavy Duty Concealer
This is a great affordable concealer but it's just okay. It will hide your dark circles but for me, it was just too thick for my under-eyes. I guess to spot conceal, it will work. A little goes a long way and it will last for a long time.

This product was received for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. This is a thick gel-whipped foundation that has a velvety mousse formula with a soft-matte finish. It lays really nicely on the skin, feels very lightweight and comfortable without feeling heavy or cakey. It covers redness very well and skin tone is more even while looking natural. Although it says it is ideal for normal to combination skin, it works wonderful for my combination/dry skin. I was worried it would adhere to drier, flakier areas around my nose but it didn’t cling or emphasize any dry patches or flakes at all. However, I do recommend exfoliating because I can see this possible emphasizing dry patches if skin is not properly exfoliated. I wouldn’t say that this foundation is particularly hydrating but it definitely works for combination/dry skin. I would suggest if you are oily in the T-zone to use a mattifying primer. Overall, this is a really good drugstore foundation! -

This little eyeshadow palette is actually very nice and it's from the drugstore...Yay! The shadows are silky and pigmented. It glides on smoothly and blends nicely. Really good product!
