The first house my husband and I lived in was a 60 year old log cabin. I immediately sought “Murphy’s” and that’s what I used to clean the hardwood floors. It had a nice scent and did clean well, however after a few months of cleaning the floors a few times a week I noticed they looked dull. I know now that hardwood should not be cleaned with a lot of much water and not often - however during calving season and 6+ rancher walking over the floors, it was necessary. I later joined a house cleaners page on Facebook and many of the professional cleaners were strongly against Murphy’s. They claimed it built up over time and would have to be properly scrubbed and scrapped off later. I realized that’s when I ruined the floors. I spent a lot of time reversing all of my hard work. I have not used Murphy’s on anything other than floors, so I can’t complete the review, but as for floors, I did not like it for using all the time. Once in a blue moon it is definitely nice to use for a bit of conditioning! -
Windex Foaming Glass Cleaner

Okay y’all, I have tried and tested every window cleaner on the market, from DIY’s (consisting of either vinegar, ammonia, dawn dish soap, etc..), to other cleaners like invisible glass. I always came back to the windex original no matter how much I heard people swear by vinegar + water. Then I came across this windex foaming spray and had to try it. First of all, the scent is impeccable. I could sniff this stuff till my nose dripped. I love it. Second of all, it does not drip. The spray is accurate and doesn’t get everywhere. It does not streak at all, I have never had to touch up a spot. I live in an old farmhouse and little bugs and flies love to hangout by the windows, and I always get little spots everywhere. Within seconds of this spray being applied, they are gone and the window looks new. Kids fingerprints are vanished. I have yet to come across something that this cleaner will not fix, I have kids, bugs, animals, dirty hands, farmhouse kind of dirt. This stuff makes cleaning my windows fun! And yes, I have never written a review so long before about a cleaner! That’s how awesome this stuff is!!! -

When I met my husband, he always cleaned his dirty farm work truck with spray nine. I forgot about it, but when I was cleaning one of our cousins rental homes, i needed something to tackle nicotine stained walls. I used a bottle for the entire house, and all the yellow stains acquired over the years were gone! I now can’t live without it! I use it in between deep cleans in my kitchen/ bath to disinfect and also sprayed my car seats with it after we had mice in the car! -
