let me start by saying that my friends and family all agree, that i am any businesses worst nightmare. i have high expectations that are usually never met and i am not afraid to speak up. i have been to many salons and had a mix of experiences, from bad to ugly to mediocre at best. i went to donato for the first time last week and had my hair coloured by Germaine and cut by Luigie (hope i got spelling right), both were super amazing. Germaine suggested i go from being a brunette to a fierce red head and let me tell you i was leary. I have always been a brunette and would have never dreamed of making such a huge change. I absolutely LOVE it, i have never had so many compliments. I look in the mirror and take a second look, it is so dramatic. I recommend everyone and anyone to see Germaine, he is amazing! If you are looking for a change, this is the place i recommend you go. everyone was very cool, the place is hopping busy so if you are into a trendy, upbeat place this is for you. some people may say it is expensive, but i think you get what you pay for.    -
