I was really excited to receive these in the mail because unfortunately with my skin tone, everything leaves dark spots on my skin. Formulated with niacinamide, vitamin C and tranexamic acid, these patches are designed to visibly improve skin discoloration and texture.
These are very thin and comfortable. In fact, once they are on, you absolutely forget about it...until your 2-year-old daughter tries to peel it off your face. You can totally wear these patches comfortably overnight and they will not fall off. I like how big they are so they can cover a larger area.
I wish the sample came with more than 4 patches, but I will definitely be purchasing more!

I'm super skeptical of primers, as my skin is so fussy. But let me say, this primer exceeded my expectations and more.
Upon initial application of this gel primer, I noticed a cooling sensation - very refreshing! I love the way it feels upon application and I can't wait to use it every day. It dries quickly and actually lives up to its claims of mattifying and blurring imperfections to create a smooth surface for makeup application.
What's even more impressive is that this primer is able to do all of this while being silicone free. Now I do use and have used primers with silicone because they generally work better than for me than those without, but Grown Alchemist's Skin Defense Primer actually works just as well as some of my favorite silicone-based primers! This is such a benefit because silicone can clog pores, which can be an issue for me.
It does not leave any sort of tacky feeling, and my face does not get that slick and greasy feeling after a long day. I am in love with this primer!

I was really excited to receive a toy for my daughter to try out. The PAW Patrol Jungle Pups, Marshall Elephant Firetruck with Projectile Launcher comes with three balls, which you load into the projectile launcher. You then pull the trunk back into position and then press the button to launch one ball.
Sometimes the balls get stuck in the projectile launcher and you have to reposition the balls.
It looked fun to me, but my daughter only played with this toy for about 10 minutes. I'm not sure if it's because she's just not interested in this type of toy. She is also not a super Paw Patrol fan.

I recieved this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I received this AMP Advanced Modified Polymer All Weather Window, Door and Siding Sealant just in time, as it is starting to get cold out and it's a little drafty by the windows in the house! The one I received is a clear color, which is excellent as there is no need to try and color match what you are using this on. In addition, you can apply this product on wet surfaces, which is excellent for this time of the year when it tends to be a little wetter than the summer!
It says you can paint it after 30 minutes, which is a bonus, however I didn't need to paint when I used it to winterproof around my windows.
The product is thicker than your regular caulk, so it may take some time and a little practice to apply it properly. Don't worry, it's easy to use even for the most inexperienced person!

I was gifted the Hero Mighty Patches at the perfect time. I was having some breakouts due to it being my time of the month -- so annoying!
These patches are clear round patches that you can either split in half or use the whole circle, depending on how big your pesky pimple is. I followed the simple instructions to cleanse and dry my face prior to use. The next step is to apply the patch to the zit/pimple for 6-8 hours. This would obviously be most likely overnight or whenever your bedtime is. The final step is to peel the patch off when it turns white.
These patches really do work! They reduced inflammation and drew gunk out of the zit/pimple.

Zarbee's Children's Cough and Mucus Syrup is an all-natural syrup formulated for children 2+, which is amazing because young children are discouraged from taking any kind of cough medication. That alone makes things really tough during the flu season. It's made of zinc, Elderberry, English ivy leaf and honey and comes in a mixed berry flavor. This syrup is also free from artificial sweeteners and flavors, dyes and alcohol.
This couldn't have shown up in my mailbox at a better time. My two-year-old has been getting sick every other week since we entered flu season and she has had a wicked cough for a few weeks.
I'll be honest, I did not have the easiest time convincing my child to take this. She didn't like the flavor, which was surprising, but I feel like it has helped a little after a week of continued use.

Aveeno Tone + Texture Daily Renewing Lotion is a fragrance-free lotion made with 4% natural PHA, pro-vitamin B3 and prebiotic oat. It is a fairly lightweight lotion but it does pack a punch with hydration. Usually when I put lotion on, it just feels like it sits on top of my skin, but with this one, I could feel my skin absorbing it and my skin still feels hydrated now a couple of hours later. My skin also feels much softer. I'm excited to see how well this works in the winter.

Now where do I begin? First of all, just look at the bottle. It is beautiful. However I was surprised that the bottle is plastic.
This serum is unique in that it contains three different ingredients - hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and niacinamide - which are housed in different chambers. Each pump dispenses the appropriate amount of each ingredient. Neat! Although I can't help but wonder what would happen if one of the chambers were clogged or stopped pumping properly.
The serum itself... After trying this serum, I completely understand why someone would spend this much money on a high end serum. It's amazing. I've been using it for only a week and my skin looks so much smoother and hydrated. I feel like there is an improvement to the texture of my skin as well. My skin just feels so nice! It's still early days, so I will keep using it and assess how well it actually works.
The only thing that might be off-putting to some is that there is a fragrance to the serum. It's not overly strong though.
