You have to apply a moisturizer or a hydrating face oil after this toner if you have dry skin because it tends to dry it out a bit but not a big deal

I used this mascara twice and I don't like it honestly. I hate when I have to write a bad review. It was not at all doing the job as a mascara (fixating, making lashes voluminous and long). It only added some black coloring to my lashes. The worst part is that it doesn't dry out I think because of the hydrating serum which is good if you are using it as a treatment but not good at all if you are wearing it as make up, because and as you see in the picture it does a mess around the eyelid. Also when I happend to accidentally touch my eye it just messes up everything. -
