I’ve been using GluteGuard for a few days now, and I’m honestly impressed with how much it has helped me. I’m not celiac, but I am sensitive to gluten and usually react to even small traces or cross-contamination when I eat out. Since taking GluteGuard, I’ve noticed a big difference.
I take one tablet right before meals. It doesn’t give me a free pass to eat gluten, but it definitely reduces the chances of bloating, stomach pain, and the “foggy” feeling I sometimes get after exposure.
What I like most is the peace of mind. I still stick to my gluten-free diet, but GluteGuard feels like a safety net. I’ve tested it several times in situations where I’d normally expect a reaction, and the symptoms were either minimal or didn’t show up at all.
Overall: highly recommend as an added layer of protection, not a replacement for a gluten-free diet.

Love this a2 milk! I sample the 3.25%. It tasted great, nothing different from regular milk and much better than vegan's milk(almonds, soy and so on). I tried plain and with coffee, both are great. I'm yet to observe relief on any digestive problems since I'm sensitive to regular milk. My first experience is totally positive. I'll try with my kid and see if he tasting different. -
