They are so tiny you can throw them in your purse or carry on and I absolutely love that they are individually wrapped so you don't have to worry about them drying out. I love having this tea in the morning with some milk and sugar. It has helped me reduce my coffee intake since it still has caffeine but not as much as a cup of coffee and its aroma is so yummy first thing in the morning.
