The serum is lightweight, isn't sticky and absorbs quickly. It's made of a calming flower that soothes skin and diminishes unwanted redness. Pros:
• They really seem to help with managing those pesky hot flashes! I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the intensity and frequency, which is a huge relief.
• They contain natural ingredients, which is a big plus for me. It feels good to know I’m taking something more holistic rather than just relying on synthetic options.
• The tablets are easy to swallow, which is always a bonus!
Cons:
• It took a little while (a couple of weeks) to notice the effects fully, so patience is key.
