Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

I had scuff marks on my walls that I really thought I'd have to paint over but I figured I'd try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser first and see what happened.... well, am I ever glad I did! I didn't need to repaint anything but I did need to buy a couple more Magic Erasers because once I got started, there was no stopping me.
My biggest success with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser was the ability to get rid of the dog spittle/nose prints that were all over my walls. (Big dog, what can I say?) Now, I've washed walls - correction - SCRUBBED THE HELL out of my walls to get the dog spit off of them before but Mr. Clean, you made it easy!
If only they sold Mr. Clean Magic Erasers in SHEET size!

I've always been a fan of the Covergirl Lash Blast mascara (orange tube) but when this was on sale recently, I thought I'd try it out. Wow, does this ever make my eyes pop! The plastic brush separates and defines each lash. This mascara didn't flake or run and looked as great at the end of the day as it did at the beginning.

Oh Sally, you let me down on this one. I'm normally a big Sally Hansen fan (heck, it's so affordable and seems to last forever!) but this Complete Salon Manicure nail polish didn't cut it for me.
First off, I LOVED the brush and the texture of the polish (really? polish texture - it's true!) but the love was thrown out the window when it came to the staying power.
I don't know if this was made for fake nails but it sure didn't want to stick to my natural nails. Too bad because I really did like the brush and the way it applied onto my nails but even with a topcoat, I was losing the colour after only a couple of days.

Wow, now that's affordable! If you spot Corn Husker's Lotion at your local store and need a cheap and effective hand moisturizer, get this! Oil free and touted as a "heavy duty hand treatment", this product absorbs quickly and softens those hard little winter "slices" and splits that we all get. This is wonderful! I wish I'd found this earlier! -
