I recently started going to Roland Semprie Rosedale. Roland is amazing -- he has an insane amount of knowledge about more areas of fitness, health, and wellness than you can imagine. The facility he has built is gorgeous and small ... you feel very important when you are there. The staff always remember who I am and important things about me (what size towels I like, cold water, no chocolate in my protein shakes). Roland helped me put together a fitness package that combined all sorts of things - personal training, spin and boxing classes, supplements (calcium, antioxidants, etc), and organized nutrition consultations and body treatments (they have the most AMAZING masseuse). They will help you put together an entire personalized package for you. Check it out!    -
