I've been taking Swiss Natural ChoLessterol for two weeks. That isn't really enough time to see a real change in my cholesterol but I can say that it didnt upset my stomach or have any negative effects. I also feel that Swiss Naturals is a trusted brand so I intend to keep taking it and will update my review.    -
