I used the Myoflex cream on aching muscles after a long work week spent on my week. I love that it doesn’t have a harsh smell and didn’t irritate my skin. It absorbed quite quickly and my legs didn’t feel greasy going into bed after applying. It didn’t 100% abate the aching but definitely helped reduce it and made me more comfortable. -

The Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin is specially formulated for women with extra iron and folic acid. It’s also Canadian made which is a huge plus, and with that it also has an adequate amount of vit D for our dark winters. The only complaint I have is the taste… even when swallowed as quickly as possible with plenty of water, it leaves a lingering herbal/earthy taste which I’ve never been a fan of in my multivitamin. -

The PanOxyl overnight pimple patches 1) actually stay put overnight and don’t end up on your pillow, 2) don’t react with sensitive skin, and 3) actually work to clear up pimples way faster. Pulling off one of the patches after a night of soaking up all the gunk is pretty satisfying…
