This is a really good gluten free pizza, nice soft thin crust, just the fight amount of topping. I would like to have this pizza as a lunch, or light meal for supper. It was super easy to cook in the air fryer, 8 minutes and done perfectly. The cheese melted to a texture like a regular pizza. I will be buying this pizza again. -

I did have a good sleep mist nights but still feel tired and drained most days. These tablets are small and easy to swallow , took one every morning with breakfast. I also went out to restaurants and ate regular food off the menu, no special requests to the waiter and had no issues. This gives less worry while travelling or getting out on the town and maybe eating questionable items on the menu -
