I buy this to make easy, quick meals with. You can make a chicken noodle soup with this or chicken tortillas or just serve it with rice and a vegetable. It's handy to have in the refrigerator and it's good for you. I recommend it!

I did follow up with the sealing mist that is in the same line, so maybe that helped moisturize my hair after washing. This shampoo does not produce a lot of suds. I don't know what that means. But it still seems to do the trick and clean my hair properly. I recommend this shampoo, but some may find it too expensive. -
