Gosh Lip Lacquer in #006 Funky Lips has me a bit conflicted. It is indeed highly pigmented and shiny, but I wasn't overly pleased with the application. I found that it didn't go on evenly. I even took it off and exfoliated my lips and upon the second application it was a little better, but still not quite even. I didn't have issues with the doe foot applicator, so it's likely the product itself. It also isn't overly sticky which is great, but it does transfer. It left a bit of a stain behind and my lips still feel moisturized hours later, but after a few sips of my drink I'd need to reapply. -

Unfortunately the whole "Go Sleevless" thing didn't work for me. I found that it left a lot of residue behind and got all over my black bra. If it transferred to my bra, it would transfer to my clothes.

I received CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30 as part of the ChickAdvisor Review Club. I wore this every morning after washing my face for the last two weeks. I used this in combination with the PM lotion.
It was my first time trying anything from the CeraVe line. The pump dispenser is easy to use and two quick pumps I get the perfect amount of product. The AM lotion is a bit thick, but it doesn't feel oily or greasy. I have an oily t-zone and the lotion didn't leave me feeling more oily. This is super important to me because I have acne-prone skin. In fact my skin feels softer and smoother and it's nice to know my skin is protected when I'm outside.
The packaging is simple, but I like that. I also like that the lotion is unscented as I'm sensitive to some scents, especially when they're overly flowery. The price is more than I usually pay, especially since the bottles are pretty small, but it is effective. I haven't decided if I'd repurchase, but I do like the effects.

I received CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion as part of the ChickAdvisor Review Club. I wore this every night after washing my face for the last two weeks. I used this in combination with the AM lotion.
The PM lotion is a bit more thin than the AM lotion and it soaked into my skin a lot quicker. I usually wash my face right before bed, so when I put lotion on I want it to soak up quickly so I don't go to bed with my skin feeling greasy. When I wake up every morning my skin feels soft and smooth.

Revlon Crazy Shine To Go Nail Buffer

My first thought when I received the package in the mail was that the buffers themselves were small, cute and definitely portable. I am rather lazy when it comes to taking care of my nails, so I was really excited to try out the Crazy Shine buffer. Once in a while I get the urge to polish, but for the most part I go bare nail.
I started off with using the green side of the buffer to smooth out my nails. Now my nails are quite bumpy and have a lot of damage to them. On my middle finger on my right had I have a particularly troublesome spot with a circular dent in the nail from where I almost stapled myself...yes, I am a klutz and accident prone and apparently like to attack myself with staplers, but luckily it didn't go right through the nail.
When I first used the buffer, I only did a light buffing before using the patterned side to check out the shine. I buffed and shined only my left hand so I could compare it to the right and I wish now I had taken pictures. The buffer did it's magic and my nails on my left hand looked like I was wearing clear polish. I'm not sure about the 400% shinier claim, but it definitely made my nails shiny and I was really pleased with the result for very little effort.
I found the shine does last approximately 2 days, but it is not as bright as it starts off as with repeated hand-washing and lotion, but it did last longer than I expected because I figured after washing my hands a few times the shine would go away despite the claim. If you notice the shine has faded it really only takes a couple seconds with the patterned side to touch up your nails.
While the shine may not last as long as they claim, the buffer certainly has helped smooth out my troublesome nails. The bumps and ridges aren't gone, but after using it a couple times it has certainly helped lessen the appearance of them. That definitely makes this product worth it for me, because I can stick it in my purse and take a few minutes while I'm on the bus and give my nails a good touch up. The only downside of the buffer I noticed was that after a few uses the patterned side squeaks when you use it.
I would certainly recommend this product for those people who aren't too fussed about nail polish, but would love to have a quick, easy way to give their nails a little TLC and a nice glossy look. I would purchase these in the future if they were around $4 maximum for the pair.

We were already lusting after it as soon as we heard about it and considering buying it, but when I won it we immediately went out and bought a bunch of games and accessories for it. We used it constantly for a couple months, but it quickly lost it's luster. While it's fun for occasional family games and parties we found we didn't really use it that often otherwise.

Once I finally got it, I was rather disappointed. It is a great little music player and time waster if you can get a lot of offline apps, but unfortunately it just doesn't do what I really want it to do. Without constant Wi-Fi access the awesome features of Email, Youtube, Facebook and just plain surfing or playing online games just doesn't happen. As an toy without the Wi-Fi it's still fun, but it's staying power just isn't there.
I find I use it for my music now and then but I don't really play the games anymore as there weren't a lot of offline games that really struck my fancy.
I'd recommend this for sure if you want to play games or watch movies or videos you've already downloaded onto it, but if you're really looking for the Email, Facebook, etc you either need to be in constant Wi-Fi zones or just get an Iphone.
