I really enjoyed this ice cream overall. It has a strong butter tart flavour right from the start, and the base is rich and creamy without feeling too heavy.
The texture is what stood out most to me. The smooth ice cream pairs really well with the butter tart swirl, and the crunchy pecans add a nice contrast so every bite has a bit of variety instead of being one-note.
Compared to other similar dessert-inspired ice creams I’ve tried, this one actually leans more authentic to the butter tart flavour. It’s not just “inspired by” it... you can clearly taste that maple, buttery sweetness throughout. Can't be more Canadian than that!
Overall, it’s a solid, well-balanced flavour that feels indulgent but still fun to eat.

It was super refreshing. It has a light, natural peach flavour that isn’t overly sweet, which I really liked. You can tell it’s crafted from real fruits because it tastes more like actual peaches rather than that artificial syrupy flavour you sometimes get with sodas.
The carbonation bubble is nice and crisp, making it perfect for a hot day or just when you want something a bit more elevated than your usual soft drink. Definitely one I’d reach for again.
