My wrist and hand no longer hurt when mousing over long periods. The trackball motion is generally smooth, though it will catch occasionally while doing slower/finer movements. -

The cup is double-walled, so it doesn't burn your hand when you grab it, and the raised lid helps keep it from splashing out when it's still full (and hot!). Plus, when you buy 7 coffees, you get any McCafe beverage for free! -
Nutella Hazelnut Spread
We use Nutella almost every day in our house. One of my favourite ways to use it is on a sandwich with sliced bananas, but I also eat it a lot on toast or dip apple slices in it. It also makes a wicked filling for a microwave mug cake!
