I really enjoyed how simple it was to make homemade pizza crust. This Sixteen Grains Pizza Mox only requires you to add water and mix. I was able to make 3 small pizzas with it. I loved the whole grain taste although it was not as popular with my kids. I would recommend this for anyone who loves pizza, wants it healthier and wants it easier to make at home.

This pizza baked very well in my toaster oven. The dairy free cheese melted nicely and the overall taste was not too bad. I couldn’t tell that I was eating dairy free cheese, it was just like any other melted cheese.

I’ve never tried freeze dried fruit before, and I’m so glad I got to try Kenzie’s Cranberry Crunch freeze dried cranberries. These cranberries are crunchy, sour and crispy which makes for a great snack and topping for yogurt, oatmeal or salad. I love that these are locally grown and made in BC, so eating these also supports local, family run business. -

Most of us don’t get enough fibre in our diet. I was skeptic so at first whether it would be helpful for me, but after having a glass of this every evening it really did help with regularity. It’s unflavoured but dissolves easily, so I would add a splash of fresh lemon juice which was just right. I love that it’s a Canadian brand and non-GMO. A great and easy way to add fibre to your diet.
