After reading the instructions, recommendations are take one tablet every four to six hours, and two if your headache is still persistent.
Well, Thank you Tylenol! I'm officially down to only needing ONE tablet at the onset. No upset tummy either as they are coated for gentleness. These worked great for me and will be on hand in my home.

As a wash I was expecting it was to wash off my makeup and clean up the pores to freshness. Then only to realize that this is an additional step after washing off makeup. Ugh. Although it only takes 20sec, I found that my skin got way more dryer... +

DAP Alex® Ultra Advanced Latex Sealant
I used the Dap Alex Ultra Sealant(white) against the drywall to a connecting shower wall. I wanted an extra tight water seal. One tube was plenty. It squeezes on easily with the caulking gun. It was dry enough in the recommended time of 15 minutes... +
I used the Dap Alex Ultra Sealant(white) against the drywall to a connecting shower wall. I wanted an extra tight water seal. One tube was plenty. It squeezes on easily with the caulking gun. It was dry enough in the recommended time of 15 minutes to move on to the painting. There was a little bit of odor but completely diminished. There is a bit of a semi gloss to the caulking but once painted it does not show thru my matte paint. I like that it was easy to clean up any overflow mistakes with a cloth and water. -
