As someone who’s newer to Canada, I’ve been walking everywhere — exploring neighborhoods, trying new workout classes, and just generally moving my body more than I used to. With that comes soreness I didn’t always expect, especially in my legs, knees, and lower back.
I’ve been using Myoflex® Extra Strength Pain Relief Rub, and it’s become something I genuinely reach for after long days. I like that it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel greasy, so I can put it on and keep moving without feeling sticky or uncomfortable. The lavender scent is subtle and calming, which makes it feel more like part of my wind-down routine than a “medicine” moment.
It helps ease that tight, achy feeling in my muscles and joints after walking a lot or pushing myself in a workout class. I don’t need much, and I appreciate that it’s easy to apply exactly where I feel sore.
Overall, it’s been a simple but effective addition to my routine — especially while adjusting to a more active lifestyle and all the extra movement that comes with settling into a new place.
