I received this product for free to try in return for my honest review. This is a great set for a college student or someone looking for a basic knife set to start off. It doesn't take up too much space on the table and it has most of the knives you'd want for everyday kitchen adventures. I am removing one star because I wish it had just one more more substantial knife in it (a cleaver of some sort). -

While the price is a little steep for a two slice toaster, I was pretty impressed with the quality of something so simple. The slots are extra wide so I can fit in thick slices of bread or bagels without worrying about them shedding or burning inside the machine. The auto-centering capability of the toaster is not something I ever thought I'd need in a toaster but it really does give you an even toast every time. I usually use a toaster oven and I can say that this toaster does a better job of getting the level of toast that I need without me having to flip and retoast. I also love that I can easily defrost my frozen Montreal bagels in one machine.
