This spray format is a convenient and effective option for treating areas that are hard to reach. The formulation of the spray contains 2% Salicylic Acid which acts as the main acne-fighting ingredient, effectively targeting and clearing breakouts without over-drying the skin. The spray is easy to use and its specially designed nozzle makes it easy to target specific areas of the body such as the back and shoulders. The spray has a lightweight and non-greasy consistency and gets absorbed easily. The formulation is powerful and yet gentle to the skin and, combined with skin-brightening and soothing ingredients makes an excellent product for maintaining clear and healthy skin.

I have been using the original Nexcare acne patch for years now but always found them to thick to wear underneath makeup. These however are not only way easier to apply because of the tab but are way thinner and nearly invisible. They also have a matte look and texture which helps diffuse the look of them when applied. I still wear the original ones at night because I feel they absorb more oil, but these are amazing to wear during the day.
