They're pigmented and they don't budge. My favourite is the shade girl talk, it's an icy white with a pink shift that would look great as an eyeshadow or even as an inner corner highlight!! Love it! -

I'm giving this 3 stars because it's good but Im not a fan of chocolate. I don't like chocolate flavored things so I wasn't that into this. If you're a fan of chocolate, you'll like this. It's inexpensive and hits the sweet spot.
