I always but the whole beans and grind fresh every morning. I use an insulated French press or mini stovetop perulator. I drink my strong coffee mostly black, which I can only do if I start with high quality, delicious, whole beans. No need for sugar or creamer when you have a perfect cup of coffee. It may seem pricy up front but per cup I find a high value. Will continue to buy this and other kicking horse beans. -
NuGo Dark Mint Chocolate Chip
I love that I can get a vegan protein bar coated in chocolate with a rich fudgy minty taste for such little sugar and high protein! I especially enjoy with a cup of dark coffee. The crispy centre is really nice.

I use these for vegan ceaser salad mostly. They crisp up so nice in the oven! The coating is perfect and the value of protein to calories is perfect for me. I am a regular consumer of these chickin strips. Even just baked up with some veganaise dip... +

TRESemmé® Smooth & Silky Touchable Softness Shampoo
I pretty much always buy the tresseme shampoo. This one is great in texture and scent. I don't know how much it helps to manage my frizz but does leave my hair very soft! Luxurious!

Becel® Vegan margarine
I really wanted to love this Katherine. I'm glad a vegan one is available but it just wasn't very good. Bland and gummy a bit. I still use for things like popcorn but overall there are better vegan margarines out there.

St. Ives® Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub
I have been using this face scrub for 10 or so years. It has consistently been the best face wash/gentle exfoliant I have used. I use every other day. Scent is mild and texture not too gritty. Keeps me looking young!

Schick Hydro Moisturizing Shave Gel
Lovely smell and great texture. Very smooth shave with the shave gel! Nice selection of scents available as well. Worth exploring the line and trying a couple different ones!
