Bill has been taking care of my hair for over 20 years; he's worth following to any new salon, and Qi looks like a good fit for him.

He is a master of colour and he can transform any mess into a healthy, gorgeous style. He has taken my dark auburn hair to blonde and it looks fantastic, so happy (more fun?!). His cuts have always been spot on, and he has done cool things like coloured extensions and chemical straightening on me.

If you don't know exactly what you want, he has the expertise to know what will suit you, and if you do know what you want, he will listen to you and do it, or he will suggest something much more perfect for you. He's also a smart man with a sense of humour, so you don't have to be sitting there with your face in your phone, you can enjoy some actual conversation.

Bill has been doing my hair for such a long time and I can trust him work his magic on me; I am always delighted.    -
