For this project, I had to carefully measure and mark the wall, drill into drywall, insert wall anchors, and securely fasten the mounting hardware. The drill delivered steady, consistent power throughout the process. It drilled clean holes into drywall without cracking or over-drilling, and it drove the screws in smoothly without slipping.
Since the lampshades were positioned above our bed, I had to work at a slightly raised angle. The drill felt lightweight and well-balanced, which made it comfortable to hold and control. Even as someone who isn’t a professional contractor, I found it very beginner-friendly and easy to maneuver.
The 2.0Ah PWR POD battery lasted through the entire installation, including small adjustments and tightening. I didn’t need to recharge during the project. The 83-piece accessory kit was especially convenient — it included all the necessary drill bits and driver bits, so I didn’t have to purchase anything extra.
