It takes a very long time to dry, and you end up with it all over you if you blink ONCE in a minute. DON'T BUY! NOT WORTH IT!

My friends and I always want to do your nails fancily (haha) before dances and we always use Salon Effects because it has such a great effect (pun intended)!
But, the price is kind of high ($10????) which is annoying but I love it so much I still buy lots!

I have to say though, I have very short nails and this would work best for long nails.
Also, contrary to advertisments, this nail polish needs *3* coats to look it's best, not 1.
The drying time is around 60 seconds though! So this product is overall very good!

I have been using this product for about a year and it works very very well. I have used all of the Herbel Essences Hydralicious collection hair products but the Reconditioning is my favorite. It really works! I definitly suggest this collection!
