I was really excited to receive Nestle Good Start 3 for my baby to try. I've gone back to work, and he takes expressed breast milk and water while I'm away. I hoped that he'd drink Good Start 3 in addition to BM. He's a very active baby, and a picky eater sometimes.
Good Start 3 comes in 680g can of powder. It's sealed, and comes with a small plastic scoop to measure out the powdered formula. Looking at the label, I was happy giving this to my baby, who is 15 months old. It has probiotics, Omega 3 and 6, and 27 nutrients. Since my baby is not always a good eater, all the vitamins and minerals in this Transition milk would have been a great addition to his day.
I made 1/4 of a serving with a scoop of powder for my baby to try. First sip, he made a strange face. Right then and there, he decided that he didn't want any of it. No amount of pleading nor playing could convince him to drink some more. I tried a few drops and to me, it tasted rather fishy. No wonder my baby didn't like it. He wouldn't have anymore after that either.
My baby didn't like it, but your baby might. I think that if your child doesn't mind the taste or is used to taking formula, Nestle's Good Start 3 would make a good supplement to your toddler's diet. My baby had some Good Start 1 during his first weeks as a supplement to breastmilk, so I can say that Nestle's quality is good.

Dove is my go-to brand for Antiperspirant. I find their products gentle but effective. I love the refreshing fruity scent. It seems a bit strong when you first put it on but it fades throughout the day. It keeps me dry and not smelling of BO specially during the hot hot days of summer when I start sweating. Dove Antiperspirants are available at the drugstores and supermarkets I frequent, and they go on sale often. Dove does not irritate my skin, and works well enough for me. -

Tresemme is our usual brand, and Moisture Rich is our usual variant. The large bottles go on sale often, so it's economical. We love that the large format comes with a pump, which makes it easier to dispense a set amount of shampoo. It's also more convenient than fumbling with a huge bottle. The scent is fresh and mild, it doesn't hit you hard and fades nicely after you dry your hair. The conditioner itself is has a nice texture with a nice consistency, not too thick and not too thin. I have thick, long hair that reaches halfway down my back. The conditioner spreads well and detangles my hair nicely. As for the hydration that Moisture Rich brings, I am happy enough with it. Being a drugstore conditioner, I don't expect miracles so if your hair is just a little dry, Tresemme's Moisture Rich line should be enough for you. -

I was so excited to get chosen and to receive Vichy Normaderm. I have oily skin and I tend to get tiny pimples or bumps that I lovingly call pimplets, mostly during and around my period. First of all, I like the packaging of the Corrective Anti Acne Treatment 24H Hydrating Lotion. It's a little plastic bottle with a pump, and a cover on top. It keeps the product fresh and free from contamination. The lotion itself a bit thicker, so it's kind of like a gel-creme consistency instead of a watery lotion. The smell is fresh and clean, but it is quite noticeable after application, so that's something to think about if you're sensitive to fragrances. My skin felt hydrated, and the lotion was lightweight was absorbed quickly.
My husband also tried Normaderm with me. He has acne prone skin, and he said that it moisturized his face well. He said his skin felt less oily after using it.
Together with the other products in Normaderm, I noticed that my pimplets go away a little faster. I have a regular sized pimple on my forehead that is still there. My husband, on the other hand, had his skin under control (only a couple of pimples) BUT experienced a worse breakout (his whole right cheek flared up, with random pimples on his face) while trying out Vichy Normaderm. His acne and blemishes subsided once he returned to his previous regimen. I'd like to mention though, that Vichy Normaderm is made for sensitive skin. We have normal, non-sensitive skin, and my husband suspects that his acne might be resistant to some products.

I was so excited to get chosen and to receive Vichy Normaderm. I have oily skin and I tend to get tiny pimples or bumps that I lovingly call pimplets, mostly during and around my period. I like the Purifying Pore-Tightening Lotion. Using a cotton pad, it gently sweeps away whatever make-up, dirt and oil the Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel missed. I'm used to having that skin tightening after using toner, but the Normaderm Lotion did not leave my skin feeling stretched. There is noticeable scent, but I don't mind scented products and it smelled fresh.
My husband also tried Normaderm with me. He has acne prone skin, and he said it was an "okay toner".
Together with the other products in Normaderm, I noticed that my pimplets go away a little bit faster. I have this pimple on my forehead, and it's getting bigger, not coming and going like my pimplets. I guess it just goes to show how gentle Vichy Normaderm is, and that it will probably work well for those with sensitive skin.

I love how the Deep Cleansing Purifying Gel cleans my face. I love the fresh smell and how it lathers nicely. It's gentle and rinses off very easily. My skin does not feel tight after cleansing, which tells me that it does not dry out my skin. You do not need a lot of product for it to lather and clean effectively.
My husband also tried Normaderm with me. He has acne prone skin, and he also liked how it cleaned his face. He said his skin felt less oily after using it.

I bought MUJI's Rubber Eyelash Curler Refill because I was looking for refills for my Shu Uemura eyelash curler. I noticed that the second pad that came with my curler was starting to look bad and not produce the curls I wanted. The refill comes in a small resealable bag with labelling in English and Japanese. The rubber in the "Refill Rubber" product name might be misleading, as the label states "silicone rubber". It's very affordable as it costs $1.50 + tax for a package of two. It fits my Shu Uemura curler perfectly. The pads itself are firm but they have some give once you squeeze the handles of the curler. (I wanted to say squishy at first but it's not the description I was trying to convey.) They are navy blue in colour as opposed to the usual black of Shu and other companies. It worked well and curled my lashes properly. -
I love chocolate milk and Neilson's is good. It tastes great, chocolate-y enough but not too much. I like that it's partly skimmed (1%) because there's more sugar than white milk. A little less fat offsets the extra sugar in my mind. It goes on sale... +
