I have tried several different types of energy bars. I don't see how any of them help more than eating a regular chocolate bar would. They are much more expensive and really do nothing to help you loose weight. Save your money.

It does work well, and relieved my mouth issues. Only problem is that everytime I take the meds, I have to use Biotene or it's back again. -
