I am 44 years old and am just now experiencing menopausal symptoms. I tried this product with little to no expectations, but I must say it has really been a game changer for me. My hair looks and feels considerably healthier - so much so that my hair stylist asked me what I have been using! My nails also feel markedly stronger and are growing faster. I actually feel like I need to cut them more often. I can’t really speak to skincare benefits, as I did not stop my regular regimen while taking this. Overall however, the benefits for my hair and nails completely justify the continued use of this product.
