I had the chance to try JACK STIX in Sea Salt, All Dressed, and Sweet Ghost Pepper, and they were a pleasant surprise.
The first thing I noticed was the texture. They’re incredibly crunchy and reminded me of crispy fries, which made them hard to stop snacking on. I found myself reaching back into the bag more than I expected because they were genuinely addictive in the best way.
The Sea Salt flavour is simple and lets the natural taste of the jackfruit shine through. The All Dressed has that familiar savoury and tangy flavour that snack lovers will enjoy, while the Sweet Ghost Pepper adds a nice kick of heat without being overwhelming.
I also appreciate that they’re free of cholesterol, trans fat, soy, gluten, sugar, and sulphites while being rich in fibre. It’s nice finding a snack that satisfies a craving for something crunchy but feels like a better choice than traditional potato chips.
I’ve been enjoying them as an afternoon snack, with lunch, and even while watching TV in the evening. Overall, JACK STIX is a unique and satisfying snack that I would definitely buy again, especially for anyone looking for a healthier alternative to regular chips.

The Cucumber Watermelon flavour from Roar Organics was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t sure how the cucumber and watermelon would work together, but the combination is really refreshing. The watermelon gives it a juicy sweetness, while the cucumber adds a clean, crisp finish that keeps it from tasting too sugary.
What earned this 5-star rating from me is how balanced it is. A lot of hydration drinks can be overly sweet or have a strong artificial aftertaste, but this one tastes light and refreshing. It’s something I could easily drink after a workout, on a walk, or just throughout the day when I want a little flavour while staying hydrated.
I also like that it contains electrolytes, vitamins, and organic coconut water with less than 3g of organic cane sugar. Overall, it’s a flavour I’d happily buy again and keep on hand during the summer.

By morning, the spot looked flatter and less irritated, and I liked that it stopped me from picking at it. Simple to use and a good option for overnight care.
